Where are you located?

We serve the general area around Chatham, NJ, including Summit, Short Hills, Livingston, Madison, Roseland, Florham Park, Morristown, Mendham, Bernardsville, Basking Ridge, Harding, Millburn, and more. However, we have more locations in development!

Is there a multi-pet discount?

Our Signature membership is provided on a per pet basis with no custom pricing available for multi-pet families.  Our concierge membership is offered with customized pricing for multi-pet families, please reach out to learn more about how your mulit-pet family can experience concierge veterinary care.

How do I sign up?

Call us directly at 973-834-9008 for an immediate need or your can begin the process by speaking with our team.

When can I contact the Symbios Animal Health team?

We provide 24/7 communication, including nights and weekends for our members. If you have an immediate need please reach us at (973) 834-9008 and our team of dedicated patient advocates is available. All online inquiries into membership will have a response within 1 business day.

What happens when your membership is full?

We limit the number of memberships at each location to allow for the best possible care and maximize one-on-one time. Once our membership is full, you can sign up for the waitlist to be first in line for the next available slot. To maintain inclusivity, our memberships are offered on a first come, first served basis.

Can I bring my pet in if I don’t have a membership?

No, we are a membership-only clinic.

Is anything not included in my concierge membership? 

While your Symbios Membership is quite comprehensive, there are a few things we’re not able to include:

  • Food
  • Prescription medications
  • After hours on-site emergency care
  • Procedures and treatments that specifically require the care of a specialist or overnight hospitalization.

A note about food: Your Symbios veterinary team will work with you to decide on the optimal diet for your pets and provide recommendations and referrals to the best options available.
